Refund Policy

We want OfferPath judged on whether it actually helps your family run recruiting — so the policy is simple.

14-day guarantee

If OfferPath isn't what you expected, email support@offerpath.org within 14 days of purchase from the email on your account and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What a refund means

A refund ends your license: access to the coach directory, templates, and your account's paid features closes when the refund is issued. Because OfferPath is an information product with full access from day one, refunds requested after the 14-day window, or accounts refunded after bulk-downloading data in violation of the Terms of Service, may be declined.

Second athletes

Each purchase covers one athlete. If you bought a second license by mistake (for example, a duplicate checkout), tell us and we'll make it right regardless of the window.
