Terms of Service

OfferPath is operated by Monson Development LLC ("OfferPath," "we," "us"). By creating an account or purchasing OfferPath you agree to these terms.

1. Who can hold an account

Accounts must be created and held by an adult (18+). Because most recruited athletes are minors, the account holder is expected to be a parent or legal guardian, and any use by an athlete under 18 must be under that parent or guardian's supervision. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Your license

A purchase grants one household a personal, non-transferable license to use OfferPath for one athlete's recruiting process. Each additional athlete (including siblings) requires an additional purchase. Your license is for your own family's use: you may not share account credentials outside your household, and you may not copy, publish, resell, or redistribute the coach contact data, templates, or any other OfferPath content — including sharing it with a team, club, school, or recruiting service. Coaches, coordinators, and organizations who want to support multiple athletes should contact us about team options rather than sharing an individual license.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from OfferPath; not to use automated tools to access the service; and not to use coach contact information for spam, harassment, or any purpose other than a genuine athletic recruiting process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts showing access patterns inconsistent with individual family use.

4. About the data

Coach contact information is collected from colleges' official, publicly available staff pages and refreshed on an ongoing basis. Coaching staffs change constantly; we work to keep the data current but cannot guarantee that every record is accurate or up to date at any given moment. School information (tuition, enrollment, graduation rates, and similar) is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard and reflects that dataset's reporting years. OfferPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any college, university, athletic conference, the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, or any other athletic association.

5. No recruiting outcomes promised

OfferPath is a tool for organizing and running your own recruiting outreach. We make no promises about responses from coaches, roster spots, scholarships, or offers. Recruiting outcomes depend on athletic and academic factors outside our control.

6. Purchases, updates, and refunds

OfferPath is a one-time purchase that includes access to coach data updates for three years from the purchase date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; a refund ends access to the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

OfferPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monson Development LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Questions: support@offerpath.org.
